United States residents: Standard Shipping times vary from 1-7 business days. International customers: Please allow up to 7-14 business days to receive your order. RETURNS:

All products are inspected prior to shipping. Our quality control team ensures that the correct order is sent to the appropriate customer. However, if you receive an incorrect or defected item, please email us at iamvervestyle@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will provide any return or exchange details in our reply.

We are happy to return or exchange any unsatisfactory textile items that are unworn, unaltered, fragrance-free and damage-free within 15 days. Jewelry may only be exchanged for equal or greater value if defected. Otherwise, all jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE. Verve will only be responsible for return shipping on items that are defective or have been misrouted. Off season items, CLEARANCE and CUSTOM items are sold FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. Unfortunately, due to health concerns, swimsuits will NOT be accepted if protective liner has been tampered with or removed.
